Mr. Jacobson has 33 yrs. In the banking industry with over 20 years experience and knowledge working with small to mid-size Business Owners, Developers for Commercial Equity Loans and Commercial Asset Lending with Construction of Multi-Family and SFR’s. He was the previous owner of a Mortgage Banking Corp. in the late 70’s to the early 80’s and a General Manager of TICG during the early 90’s to the mid 90’s. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Mr. Mazzei is a seasoned Management Professional with thirty years experience in Operations, Front Line and Secondary Market Underwriting, Regulatory Compliance, Quality Control, Asset Management. His areas of specialization are Orperations Start-Ups – Mortgage, Retail Credit Card and Commercial Loan Servicing, Asset Management, Including Call Center Operations – Re-Organizations, Change Management , Regulatory Compliance (Federal,State and Predatory Lending), Underwriting, Quality Control,, Branch Operations and Secondary Market Due Diligence Loss Mitigation, Foreclosure and REO disposition, P&L Control and Third Party Recovery Management.
He holds a major in Police Science from the State University of New York in Farmingdale, NY and Business Management and Education from
MaryMount College NKA Fordham University in Tarrytown, NY.

Mr. Schwartz is a retired Real Estate Attorney with over 25 years of experience in all phases of real estate. He has closed many commercial and residential transactions over the years and he also represented many lenders in the closing of their loans both commercial and residential. He was also a principal in a mortgage brokerage firm and he’s very familiar with the way lenders act in the mortgage arena. He has been involved with processing modifications before they became common and has devoted his time and efforts to modifications and short sales for the past 2 years and has a high rate of success.

Angelia Powell

Angelia has substantial experience in commercial MFL, retail and wholesale residential mortgage banking. She is FNMA/ Freddie Mac Proficient with an extensive background in entity document verification and dealing with multiple entities on the commercial level. She has complete understanding of the mortgage credit analysis, pricing and interest rate calculations. An extensive background in fraud investigations as well as performing both manual, and computer generated front & back end underwrites.

Mr. Hernandez has experience as an Underwriter, Loan Modification Processor and Negotiator, Short Sale Negotiator, Debt Settlement Advisor and Customer Service. Mr. Hernandez is bilingual and holds B.A. in Business Administration and Computer Science from Pace University, New York, NY.
