Mr. Jacobson has 33 yrs. In the banking industry with over 25 years experience and knowledge working with small to mid-size Business Owners, Developers for Commercial Equity Loans and Commercial Asset Lending with Construction of Multi-Family and SFR’s. He was the previous owner of a Mortgage Banking Corp. in the late 70’s to the early 80’s and a General Manager of TICG during the early 90’s to the mid 90’s. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Mr. Schwartz is a retired Real Estate Attorney with over 25 years of experience in all phases of real estate. He has closed many commercial and residential transactions over the years and he also represented many lenders in the closing of their loans both commercial and residential. He was also a principal in a mortgage brokerage firm and he’s very familiar with the way lenders act in the mortgage arena. He has been involved with processing modifications before they became common and has devoted his time and efforts to modifications and short sales for the past 2 years and has a high rate of success.

Frank has thirty years plus in the commercial real estate field as a senior mortgage lender and broker. His experience covers a vast array of responsibilities such as mortgage origination, underwriting, loan and appraisal reviews, modifications, loan workouts, and construction completion of lender owned developments. These assignments were for some of the largest national lenders as well as local community banks and private firms. In addition Frank has years of experience in the field of due diligence. Due diligence assignments were for various Wall Street firms who eventually created Mortgage Backed Securities that sold to the public. Frank attended Upsalla College in East Orange N.J. majoring in real estate and insurance.

Virginia has over 10 years Mortgage Processing and Loss Mitigation Experience. Her background consists of Front Line Underwriting, Sr. Processing, and Loss Mitigation Management.  She has extensive knowledge and abilities in the coordination of various functions of loss mitigation including federal regulatory requirements, property inspections reviews, foreclosure and bankruptcy laws, and other reporting and compliance guidelines. Virginia is a critical thinker and adept negotiator who can apply extensive knowledge of the Industry and government regulations. She specializes in Debt consolidation and Short Sales.
