About the Owner

Luis Sevilla, jr. President/Owner of the Company a former Marine of 10 years, has over twenty years of administrative support experience, initially as an Administrative Assistant with the Joint Council on Economic Education, and then as the Administrative Services Manager/Facilities Coordinator for the Institute of International Education (IIE). For the past six years he has been a full time Real Estate Salesperson with Exit Realty and also held the position as Office Manager. Mr. Sevilla’s most recent accomplishments has been in publishing his own For Sale By Owner Magazine, building websites and negotiating short sales with mortgage lenders.

He resigned as the Director of Operations for an Attorney Backed Loan Modification Company in New York in order to manage and oversee Go To Mod Services aka gotomod.com on a full time basis.
